The Continuity of Operations Plan Builder Board helps you manage Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs) that address emergencies from an all-hazards approach.

The Builder offers plan templates that allow you to develop a basic plan and augment it with the following appendices: Record of Changes, Plan Distributions, COOP Managers, Order of Successions, Delegations of Authority, Department Call List, Functions, Information Services, Vital Records, Vital Equipment, Staffing, Locations, Decision Matrix, and Training Requirements.

After creating your plan, you can activate it and manage functions, staffing, vital records, information services, and equipment.
