Here are just a few ways Crisis Track helps. First, by collecting and pre mapping info, like the dimensions and replacement costs for residential buildings, public utilities, and infrastructure like bridges, Crisis Track can quickly pre populate web and mobile based damage assessment forms with accurate data. Next, your field responders and even the public can partner on submitting damage assessments with the ability to collect and save data even when there’s no Internet.

For your field team, they’ll be able to log in from anywhere with the Crisis Track mobile app. They can then choose the incident they’re working on, choose their assigned role, say, as a member of the damage assessment team, find their assigned tasks, then begin recording their assessments for specific properties. They’ll be taken through a user friendly form to thoroughly assess any damage, take notes, and, if needed, add photos. With event specific links, non registered users, like individual property owners themselves, can easily participate in the damage reporting process too.

Crisis Track then pulls together this source data and begins populating forms to address FEMA requirements.

You’ll be able to review and automatically push this aggregated information from the field into FEMA forms like ICS two fourteen and FEMA ninety-one hundred and twenty three.
