Max, what do you like about WebEOC?

So when I think about my favorite parts of WebEOC, four things really come to mind. First, it’s the single platform. There’s no other platform you can find that can help you engage internal stakeholders and external stakeholders have alerting and notification and GIS and everything all in one. So having that all that available in a single platform is the number one thing that I think makes WebEOC different.

The second thing is just how approachable it is. Since we have all of this information and all of these processes in one place, It becomes the solution that people turn to. Your users turn to to find information, to record information, and keep themselves and others accountable and to complete their jobs. And so I think that approachability and that all in one nature really work hand in hand to make WebEOC what it is.

The third thing that I think makes WebEOC very different is how specific it is to the mission. So Juvare is very focused on emergency management, incident management, crisis management, those types of things, business continuity. And by having that narrow focus, we ensure that we’re doing an excellent job at making sure that the tools and technology our customers are using are very supportive of and conducive to that mission. And then finally, Juvare as a brand stands behind the technology.

We’ve been in business nearly thirty years, and we have thousands of customers using these tools every single day. And I think that awareness, that recognition, and that sensitivity to the manner in which our tools are being used is paramount and one of the reasons why WebEOC stands apart.
